高校生のときは４番だったんですが、
４よりも７の方が好きなんですよ。

「さっき記事を絞り出すとか言ってたから
無理やり出したような
しょうもないこと言うんじゃないだろうな」
と思われてそうですけど、
仕事柄、文章添削をすることがあるんですが、
そのときに今から紹介する視点が
抜けてる人は結構多いんです。
ですので、乾かない程度に目を見開いて
読んでもらえればと思います。
では、分かりやすい伝え方のコツ６つ目は・・・

前提知識を把握しておくこと

たとえばブログ記事を書くとき、

フックを用意するのが大切で、
そのフックというのは相手の潜在ニーズに基づいた

あえて専門用語だったり
業界用語を使って書いたのですが、
ライティングや心理学についてそれなりに
勉強してる人じゃないと意味不明な文章になってると思います。
これは当然、
「分からない人はバカ」なんて意味ではなく、
単に「〇〇のことを△△と言うんだよ」
という前提知識を持ってるか持ってないかの違いです。
ですので、これと全く同じことを伝えるとしたら、
もし時間が許されるのなら
それぞれの専門用語や業界用語が
どんなことを意味してるのかを
説明するところから始めます。
「ソムリエナイフ持ってきて」
というお願いが通じるためには、
「これはソムリエナイフと呼ぶんだよ」
という知識を先に伝えておく必要があるわけですね。
もしそんな前提知識を説明する時間がないなら、
イメージとしては「中学生でも理解できるような伝え方」
を意識するといいでしょう。
ソムリエナイフの例なら、
「ワインの栓抜くのに使うから、
先端に小さいナイフが付いてて
本体に螺旋状のネジみたいなのが
付いてるやつ持ってきて」
というような伝え方になります。
こんな風に、相手の前提知識を把握して
伝え方を変えられるのが、伝え上手な人。

目の前の相手に伝えるとしたら、
相手から過去の経験を聞いたり、
学んできたことを、まず先に聞く必要がありますし、
