僕の伝えたいことを一言で表すと、
「信頼される人とは、一体感のある人である」に凝縮されます。
この”一体感”って言葉にはいろんな意味を込めていて、

ご飯を食べるとき、

って考えて動くのが、信頼を得る人の動き方。
これを一言に凝縮すると、
「職場を”人体”だと捉えている」になります。
この視点で動けていれば、
たとえ信頼を失うことがあったとしても、
少しずつかもしれませんが取り戻すことができて回復できるはず。
