僕の伝えたいことを一言で表すと、
「信頼される人とは、一体感のある人である」に凝縮されます。
この”一体感”って言葉にはいろんな意味を込めていて、

ご飯を食べるとき、
手を使って口に運ぶと思います。

だけど実際には、
それによって身体に栄養が補給され、
身体全体が活性化するわけです。
そしたら、血液循環も良くなって、
最終的に手にも良い影響が回ってきます。
結果的には、手にとってもプラスになるんです。

そういうときに、
「そうだ！マニュアル作れば相手にとってもいちいち聞かなくていいから楽だし、自分の負担も減るじゃん！
そしたらもっと別の仕事に時間回せるから会社としてもプラスじゃん！」
って考えて動くのが、信頼を得る人の動き方。
これを一言に凝縮すると、
「職場を”人体”だと捉えている」になります。
この視点で動けていれば、
たとえ信頼を失うことがあったとしても、
少しずつかもしれませんが取り戻すことができて回復できるはず。
