アイディア（伝えたいこと）を出すのと、
それを言語化するのでは使う脳が違います。

まずは伝えるための文章化とかは一切考えずに、伝えることをまとめて並べることに集中する。
（これが右脳だけ使う作業）その後で、それを見ながら穴埋めするように言語化することに集中する。

右脳と左脳は実際にはそこまで正確に
分かれてるわけじゃないんですが、
ザックリしたイメージです。
考えながら喋る（書く）っていうのは、
アイディアを出しながら言語化することで、
右脳と左脳を同時に使う作業です。
なので、右脳が弱いとアイディアが出てこないし、
左脳が弱いと伝えたいことはあっても
それを上手く言語化できないんですね。
これを同時にできるようになるには、
まずは分けてやるのがオススメ。
僕も最初、セミナー音声を収録したりするとき、
途切れ途切れでしか話せませんでした。
（編集でカットしてごまかしてました笑）
ですが、セミナー資料を細かく書いて
右脳の作業は先にやっておき、
話すときには左脳の言語化だけに
集中するようにしたら、だいぶスムーズに話せたんですね。
それをずっとやってたら、
だんだんセミナー資料の書き込みが減ってきて、
簡単な箇条書きだけで話せるようになってきました。
なので、僕と同じように
考えながら喋るのが苦手！って場合は、
まずは右脳と左脳を分けてみるのがオススメ！
ずっと続けてたら
だんだん同時に使えるようになりますよ。
