１．ダラダラやる
「しんどいわ～」「だる～」「疲れた～」
この３点セットを着まわして、
嫌々ながら何とかやっていく。
こっちは省エネなので疲れなそうに見えて、
むしろ疲れます。
だって、楽しい時間と苦しい時間、
どっちの方が時間過ぎるの遅いかって、

意識が高いとかそういうんじゃなくて、
「ダラダラやった方がむしろ疲れるよね」
って思います。
２．積極的にやる
積極的にやるというのは、
楽しさを見出そうとすることだと思います。
たとえば「走る」だったら、
練習が終わったあとに着ていたシャツを絞って、
「ほら、こんな絞れるくらい汗かいたんだぜ！」
って、メンバー達と見せ合ったりしてました。笑
そんな風に、
「いかにシャツをびしょびしょにするか」
に熱心に励んだり。
足腰のトレーニングだったら、
「足をガクガクにして立てなくなりたい！」
という思いで励んだり。

僕は、好きなことの中にある
嫌いな練習でも、そんな風に楽しんでました。
パソコンで文章書いてるときだったら、

ただ、さっきも書きましたが、
これは僕が意識高いとかじゃないんです。
僕は根っからの面倒くさがり屋。

面倒くさいな、苦痛だなって思う時間を
人生から１秒でも多く減らしたいんです。

「積極的にやること」だっただけ。
