LINEの既読スルーについて
あれやこれやと理由がたくさん書いてある
記事をよく見かけますが、こんなのシンプルなんですよ。

既読スルーされる理由は２つで、
それへの対処法はたった１つだけ！
テストに出ますよ！
これだけ覚えて帰ってくださいね！
既読スルーの理由
まず１つはこれ。
①もうそこでやり取りが終わったと思ったから
日常会話だって、永遠に続くわけじゃないですよね。
「今日は暑いね〜」
「暑いね〜」
「こんな日はかき氷に顔突っ込みたい気分だわ〜」
「いや、食べろよ」
「・・・え」
「・・・え？」
ほら、終わった。笑
今日は暑いね、のくだりが終わりました。
こんな感じで、なにかの話題で話してたら、
必ずどこかで終わるタイミングがきます。
LINEだってそれと同じ。
「ああ、ここでこの話題終わったかな」
と思ったから返すこともなくなった。
それだけなんですよ。
LINEみたいなオンライン上のやり取りだと、
時間感覚がないので永遠に続くような感じになるんですが、
そんなことありません。
いつか話題の切れ目はきます。
ただ、それだけのこと。
②返すためのエネルギーが足りないから
LINE返信するのって、エネルギー使います。
どのくらいのエネルギー使うのかを
「エネルギーコスト」と呼ぶなら、
誰かのLINEへの返信のエネルギーコストは０じゃないんですね。
※エネルギーコストはどんなものにもかかります。
（筋トレ、勉強、掃除、服選び、電話など）
となると、
そんなに親しくもないし
気になってるわけでもない人に返信するのは、
めちゃくちゃエネルギーコスト高いわけです。
そしたら、「今日は筋トレする気が起きないな」
って思うのと同じように、
「この人のLINE返す気起きないな」となるんです。
LINEはダンベルと同じ。
親しくなかったり
なんなら少し嫌に思ってる相手ほど、
重いダンベルのように感じます。
それを持ち上げるにはエネルギーがいる。
顔が濡れてたら力出ません。
（それ違う）
あと、疲れてるときも
重いダンベル持ち上げる気にならないですよね？
軽いダンベルならおやつ感覚でいけるかもですが、
重いダンベルはしんどいです。
なので、相手が疲れてるときも既読スルーされやすい。
返信の選択肢が莫大すぎる
これ！今回もっとも伝えたいのはこれ！
「そんなに仲悪くもない相手なのに既読スルーされます」
って人は、だいたいこれです。
とにかく返しにくいメッセージ送ることで、
相手が「なんて返せばいいんだろう」って悩んでるんです。
たとえば、もしあなたがいきなり
「幸せって何だと思う？」って聞かれたらどうですか？
（極端な例です）
すぐ答えれますか？
・・・しんどいですよね。
そんな簡単に答えられることじゃないし、
相手がどんな意味でこの質問をしたのかにも
考えを及ばせる必要があるので、頭使います。
でも、もしこれが
「何食べてるときに幸せだなー！って感じる？」
なら、どうですか？
こっちなら答えやすいですよね。
そんなに深く考えなくても、
「ラーメン！」とか「チョコ！」って答えれます。
そういうことです。
人は、選択肢が多いと動けなくなる
とある食料品店でジャムの実験がありました。
24種類のジャムを並べた場合と
6種類のジャムを並べた場合、
どっちの方がより多く売れるか？という実験。
この結果は・・・なんと！
24種類のときよりも、6種類のときの方が
約10倍売れたんですよ。
何故こんなことになったか？
→選択肢が多すぎて選ぶことに疲れてしまい、
最終的に「まあいっか」となったから。
これもLINEと同じ。
振られた話題がふわっとしていて
返信の選択肢が多ければ多いほど、
そのLINEは重たいダンベルになります。
対処法
こう考えたら、対処法は超シンプル。
「相手のエネルギー負荷を減らす」
↑これだけを考える！
たとえば、
相手の返しやすい話題の振り方をしたり、
楽しませたりして少しずつ関係を築いていって、
「あなたに返信する」ってことへのエネルギーコストを下げる。
（信頼関係が強いほどダンベルは軽くなります）
意識するのはこれだけ。
エネルギーコストの高い返信を求めるのは、
相手との信頼関係が強まってから。

LINEとは、
ダンベルを持ち上げることである。
