「楽しい」と「気持ちいい」は別物だと思います。
なかなか言葉でその感覚の違いを表現するのは
難しいんですが、違うということは分かります。
どんな違いがあるか？
＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝
「楽しい」と感じるときは、
コミュニケーションが上手くいってるとき。
「気持ちいい」と感じるときは、
相手を置き去りにしているとき。
＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝
もう少し別の表現をすると、
＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝
「楽しい」と感じるときは”一体感”がある。
「気持ちいい」には”高揚感”がある。
＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝
これらは僕の感覚的なところなんですが、
こういうイメージです。
なので、定期的に
チューニングするようにしています。
今、自分は「楽しい」のかな？
それとも「気持ちいい」なのかな？って。
ただ、ここで気を付けないといけないのは、
「気持ちいい」には中毒性があること。
一度その感覚に入ってしまうと、
途中で修正するのは難しいです。
あまりの気持ち良さに身を委ねてしまうのです。
ですので、大事な場面・・・
たとえば好きな人とデートするときは、
最初に「気持ち良さに流されないようにしよう」
と意識しておくのがオススメ。
「楽しい」は、割と理性的なんです。
対して「気持ちいい」は衝動的。
ここを気を付けるべし。
