Twitterを見ていると、
プロフィール欄に「ナンパ」と書いてあり、
「2017年の目標は100人get」と宣言している人を
チラホラ見かけます。
正直言って「気持ち悪いな」と、
瞬間的にクモの巣に顔から突っ込んだような
不快感に包まれるわけですが、これは感情的な反応です。
あまり感情的に遠ざけるのも良くないので
今回は冷静にナンパについて考えてみようと思います。
僕の意見として「気持ち悪い」に
変わりはないんですが、論理的に考えると
必ずしも悪いこととは言い切れません。
というのも、「誰かと一緒にいたい」

ですが、道で急に話しかけるようなナンパは、
需要がある可能性も無くはないとはいえ、
ほとんどの場合、鬱陶しいものです。
「いやいや、そんなめちゃくちゃ
迷惑かけてるわけじゃないんだからいいのでは？」
感情抜きにして考えると、
そんな疑問もあるかもしれませんが、
福澤諭吉は似たような例で否定しています。
『学問のススメ』の中で、
「自分で稼いだお金をどう使おうが、
（誰にも迷惑かけてないんだから）勝手だろ」
という意見に対してこう言っています。

そこから世の中に与える影響までを考えると、
「やっぱり気持ち悪いな」
