ポジティブ思考を否定するわけじゃないんですが、
どこに対してポジティブに考えるか？
っていうのがズレてると苦しいことになります。
ポジティブ思考で大事なのは、「今」じゃなくて「未来」に対してすることだと思う。
恋人にフラれたとき、
「いやー、あいつ見る目ないわ」って考えるのは確かにポジティブだけどズレてる。自分の至らなかった所を反省しろよ、って思う。#シンフォニーコミュニケーション

好きな人にフラれたり、
受験で失敗したり、仕事でミスしたり。
そんな風に”今”まさに痛い思いしてるのを
幸せに感じるなんてベリーハードですよね。
そういうポジティブ思考はズレてる。
嘘ついて苦しくなったり、
なんの反省もしなくて残念なことになります。
苦しい思いや痛い思いをしたとき、
”今”をポジティブに考えようとしなくていいんです。
大事なのは、”未来”をポジティブに考えること。
僕も過去に大好きだった彼女にフラれたとき、
めちゃくちゃ苦しかったです。
それを「あー幸せー！」って思うなんて無理でした。
ですが、未来に対してならポジティブに考えられます。
「こんな苦しい思いして今は痛いけど、
この経験から学べることは絶対にある。
それで未来の自分はきっと今より成長して、
次の恋人とは今回より幸せになれるはずだ。」って。
”今”じゃなくて”未来”をポジティブに捉えるべし。
