こんばんは、かろりぃです。
「自分の武器を見つける」というテーマの
講座を開いている最中ですので
このテーマで考えてることが多いんですが、
「あなたの才能（武器）は何ですか？」
と聞かれたときに、
ほとんどの人は「できること」や
「得意なこと」から考える傾向にあります。
ですが、実はもっとシンプルに考えてもいいんです。
たとえば、
「脳科学の本読みたい！」という欲求。
こういう〇〇したい！という欲求も、
自分にとっては普通のことだとしても
他の人が同じように思うとは限りません。
ですので、こういう欲求も才能の一つ。
他にも、「やっていて楽しいこと」。
これも才能です。
僕は肌荒れに悩んでいた頃に
「どうして肌は荒れるのか？」
「荒れない人との違いは何だろう？」
と不思議に思ったことがキッカケで
健康について勉強することを楽しいと感じます。
そんでもって、
「これみんなに伝えたい！」
「ブログに書きたい！」という
お節介な欲求も溢れ出てくるので
こんな活動をしています。
才能（武器）は、
これくらいシンプルに考えてもいいんです。
もちろん、できることや得意なことも武器ですが、
〇〇したい！という欲求や
やっていて楽しいと感じることも武器なのです。
そして、できる限り
これらの要素が重なっているのがベスト。
得意だし、やっていて楽しいし、
やりたい！とも思える。
１つを１つを書き出していって、
より多くの要素が重なるものが
最優先に力を入れていくべきことなのかなと思います。
