【人を見下せば宝物が見つかる】
今回はそんな話をしようと思います。
人を見下したことありますか？
「なんでこの人はコレができないんだろ？」
そんな風に思ったことありますか？
先生怒らないから、
全員顔を机に伏せて
やったことある人は手を挙げてね。
ちなみに僕は、
正直、人を見下したことがあります。
「なんでこんな問題も解けないんだろう？」
「なんでもっと先のことを考えないのかな？」
学生時代、
そんな風に人を見下したことがあります。
でも、今なら分かることがあります。
それは、
＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝
なんでみんな”コレ”ができないのかな？
の”コレ”は、僕がたまたま
そこに武器を持っていただけ。
＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝
他の人が劣ってるわけじゃなくて、
自分がたまたまそれが得意だっただけなんですね。
つまり、
＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝
人を見下したときは
”宝物”が見つかるとき
＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝
もし誰かを見下したとき、
「なんでもっと人の気持ち考えないんだよ！」
「なんでもっと綺麗にやらないんだよ！」
そんな風に言いたくなったとき、
そこにはお宝があります。
海賊たちが探すワンピースは、
ここにあったんです。
他の人が「できない」んじゃない。
あなたが「できる」だけなんです。
ただ、武器に優劣はありません。
自分はそこに武器があったとしても、
相手は相手で別のところに武器があるだけ。
人間としての優劣は決まりません。
もちろん、今の時代のなかで
より活躍できるのはどちらか？
みたいな議論をすれば
「今の時代では」の条件付きで
優劣がつくかもしれませんが、
基本的には武器に優劣はありません。
人を見下したとき、
もっと〇〇しなよ！と言いたいとき、
あなたは他の人より
それが得意なのです。
それは、あなたの武器なのです。
今まで、
どんな人を見下したことがあるか？
よく人に言いたくなることは何か？
そんなことを正直に考えてみれば、
自分の武器が見えてくると思いますよ。
