Twitterだと140字しか書けないので
「苦手」のセルフイメージについて書きましたが、
苦手のほとんどが錯覚であるように、
他にもいろんな錯覚があります。
ちょっぴり過激な言葉にすると”嘘”です。
たとえば、「自分は人前で話すのが苦手な人間だ」
「自分はゴーヤが嫌いだ」みたいなものたち。
こういうのって、嘘なんですよ。
と、こんなこと書いといてアレですが、
ちなみに僕ゴーヤ好きじゃないです。笑
沖縄料理のお店に行ったときコースで出てきたんですが、
苦すぎて目ん玉飛び出そうになりました。
出されたものは残さない主義なので、
他と野菜と一緒に食べてなんとか完食しましたが、
正直、もうお会いしたくないと思ってます。苦笑
でも、それも嘘だと思ってます。

めちゃくちゃ緊張したの覚えてます。
だって、人生でそんなに話したことないんですから。
さて、実際どうだったのか？
なんと、しっかり準備したこともあってか
意外と話せたんですね。
このとき、僕にパラダイムシフトが起きました。
それまで「人前で話すのが苦手」
というパラダイムを採用して生きてきましたが、
そのパラダイムが不採用になり、
新しいパラダイムが採用になったんです。

それからは、「人前でも話せる」
というパラダイムを採用しています。
そしたら、今まで出来ないと思ってたことが
出来るようになるパラダイスが待ってました。
