これについて書いたレポートを

より多くの人に伝わって欲しいと思ってます。
Twitterから来てくださった人は、
もう読んでいるかもしれませんが、

仕事ができないからって、
「会社に貢献してない」とはならない
――――――――――――――――――
これは経営者や肩書きに”長”のつく人は
知るべきことだと思ってるのですが、
「仕事できない＝貢献してない」ではないんですね。
この関係に”絶対”はつかない、ということ。
こんな例を出すと批判されるかもですが、
事実として認めざるを得ないことなので言うと、
職場に、超絶イケメンや超絶美人がいたら、
たとえ仕事はまったく出来なかったとしても、
周りの人達は見るだけで疲れが吹っ飛び、
仕事のパフォーマンスは上がるはずです。
もしくは、
とにかく明るい笑顔でいつも笑っていたり、
周りの人を些細なことでも褒めてる人がいれば、
「場」の雰囲気は間違いなく良くなります。
そういう「隠れ貢献者」の人達のことを
「仕事ができないから」という
表面的な部分だけで人件費削減のために切れば、
全体の士気が下がり、
むしろ大きなマイナスになったりするのです。
ちょっぴり不器用で、
一生懸命なのにあまり結果が出てないとしても、
その一生懸命さが周りのヤル気を高めてる可能性だってあります。
僕は、こういうのもコミュ力だと思ってます。
「会社の売上のほとんどは、

と言われてますが、
見るべきはそこだけではありません。
その人達のエネルギーの源となっている
「隠れ貢献者」はたくさんいるはずです。
「そういう”在り方”もあるんだ」
ということを知って頂けたらなと思います。
そして、
この在り方が広まり、
自分を卑下する人が少しでも減れば嬉しいです。
Twitterでも書きましたが、
自分を卑下するのは「百害あって一利なし」です。
