最近読んでいる本に、
こんなことが書いてありました。
＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝
「俺が汗水たらして働いて得た
お金なんだから、どう使おうが俺の勝手だろ」
と言う人がいるけど、
それは大きな勘違い。
お金はお前のものじゃない。
お金は”社会”のものだ。

（今風に翻訳）
この言葉を聞いた瞬間、
僕の中で世界が一気に広がりました。
たとえば僕は普段、
「時間の方が大事だから」という理由から
手数料払うことになってもコンビニで
お金下すことに抵抗はないんですが、
その視点が広がったのです。
「お金は社会のもの」
この言葉を別の角度で捉えると、
「お金は世界を循環してる」
と捉えられます。
＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝
つまり、コンビニで手数料として
払ったとしても、そのお金はこの世から
消えてなくなるわけではないのです。
＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝
たとえば巡り巡って、
この日本のどこか、誰かの
お給料として払われるかもしれません。
すると、それは銀行に預けられて、
銀行からどこかの企業に融資されるかもしれない。
そしたら、その融資された企業は、
それを資金にして世の中を
より良くするための活動に打ち込むのです。
そう考えれば、
コンビニで手数料払うことだって、
社会貢献になり得るんですね。
＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝
「自分は誰かの役に立てるのか？」
と悩んでる人がたまにいますが、
僕らは、
生きてるだけで
誰かの役に立っているのです。
＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝
生きてればお金を必ず使うわけで、
「お金は社会のもの」だから
世界を循環していて、誰かのお給料になったり
世の中のために動いてる人の
活動資金になったりしているのです。
僕自身、通信講座を開いたりして
参加者の方々からお金をいただいてますが、
そのお金でさらに勉強して
より多くのものを提供できるようになっています。
Mr.Childrenの
『彩り』という曲の歌詞にも
こんなことが書いてあります。

僕のした単純作業が、
この世界を回り回って
どこの誰かも知らない人の
笑い顔をつくっている
＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝
ここに込められたメッセージは、
「世界は循環してるんだから、
あなたはもう世の中に貢献してるんだよ」
だと思います。
”お金は個人のものではなく、
社会のものである”
一気に視野を広げてくれた言葉でした。
