そんな信頼を得れる人には、何が見えているのか？

仕事で信頼される人とは？
僕の伝えたいことを一言で表すと、
「信頼される人とは、一体感のある人である」に凝縮されます。
この”一体感”って言葉にはいろんな意味を込めていて、
とてもココでは全て話しきれないので、
今からは「信頼を得る」の視点で話していきます。
急ですが、あなたに質問です。
ご飯を食べるとき、
手を使って口に運ぶと思います。
「いーや、私はお皿に顔からダイブする！！」
なんて人はいないと思いますが、
もしいたらちょっと会ってみたい。笑
たぶん、あなたは手を使って箸とかスプーンで口に運ぶはず。

身体のどこかを動かすときに

だけど実際には、
それによって身体に栄養が補給され、
身体全体が活性化するわけです。
そしたら、血液循環も良くなって、
最終的に手にも良い影響が回ってきます。

何が言いたいかというと、、、

「どうしたら全体がプラスになるか？」
の視点で考えて動ける人である。

そしたらもっと別の仕事に時間回せるから会社としてもプラスじゃん！」
って考えて動くのが、信頼を得る人の動き方。
これを一言に凝縮すると、
「職場を”人体”だと捉えている」になります。
この視点で動けていれば、
たとえ信頼を失うことがあったとしても、
少しずつかもしれませんが取り戻すことができて回復できるはず。
