鈴木さんは、すごく面白くていつも笑わせてくれた。

鈴木さんの顔見るだけで爆笑して練習にならなかった。

鈴木さんがいてくれたおかげで、
「今日は楽しいな」って思える日があったのは間違いないんですよ。
鈴木さんがいたから、
事務所内の空気が明るくなってました。
みんな爆笑してたもん。
つまり・・・

・Doing（やったこと）の自信
・Being（存在）の自信
自信には、この２種類があるんです。
Doingの自信は、仕事だったら
「営業で売りまくれた！」とか
「クレーム処理が完璧だった！」とか
「事務仕事早く終わらせた！」という結果から生まれる自信のこと。
一般的には、こっちの方が重視されがちです。
貢献度が分かりやすいからね。
Doingの自信はみんな知ってるから、
僕らが知るべきはBeingの自信です。
これがまさに鈴木さんのこと。
（本人は自覚してなかったけど）
ただ存在してるだけで貢献してる！という状態。
鈴木さんの場合は「笑わせてくれる」だったけど、
他にも存在による貢献はあります。
たとえば、、、
・その人がいると癒される
・その人がいるとヤル気出る
・その人がいると前向きになれる
・その人がいると胸が熱くなる
・その人がいるとアイディアが閃く
こういうのって本人は自覚してないことが多いけど、
ちゃんと貢献してるんですよね。
ただ、その貢献度は分かりにくいから評価されにくい。
だから、本人は「自分なんて、、、」と自信なくすことが多いんです。
ですが、「ただ存在してるだけの貢献」もあるんだよ。
そういうカタチの貢献もあるんだよ。
これに気付けるかどうか。
Beingの自信を持てるかどうか。
