こんばんは、かろりぃです。
運動すれば筋肉量増えて代謝が活発になり、
健康になるし太りにくい。
さらに、プロテイン飲んでもいいから
しっかりタンパク質摂るのを意識すればより効果的。
ということをTwitterやLINEマガジンで
発信していました。
プロテイン＝マッチョを目指す人が飲むもの、
というイメージが強いですが、
本来は「筋肉をつくるタンパク質を
効率的に摂取するためのサプリメント」
という役割のものです。
ですので、過剰摂取せずに
そこそこ身体を動かしていれば
むしろ健康やダイエットに効果的なんですね。
もっと言えば、
いつも絶好調でいられたら
人にも温かい気持ちでいられるし、
だらしない身体よりも
引き締まった身体の方が
見た目の印象は良くなるので
コミュニケーションにも影響与えるわけです。
ただ、この「そこそこ身体を動かす」
というのがポイントになると思います。
いやいや、毎朝マラソンなんてしたくないよ？
ジムなんて通いたくないよ？
というニーズの方が圧倒的に多いわけで、
そこを無視するわけにはいかない。
ですが、世の中には
「食べても太らない」という人たちがいます。
もちろん、体質もあるかもしれませんが、
僕が思うに、理由はそれだけではありません。
そのもう１つの隠れた理由が、
＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝
食べても太らない人は、足音が小さい
＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝
という、タイトルにもなっているものです。
え？意味が分からない？
では、もっと具体的な言葉に変換しますと・・・
＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝
食べても太らない人は、
日常の些細な行動で他の人よりも
筋肉に負荷をかけていて運動量が多い
故に、消費カロリーが多く、
故に、太らない
＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝
「足音が小さい」としたのは、
タイトルにキャッチーさを出すためなんですが、
もっと正確に言えば「音を出さない（動きが丁寧）」です。
たとえばコップを置くとき、
極力、置く音が鳴らないように置いてみてください。
その後、音のことを意識せずに
思うがままに置いてみてください。
どうでしょうか。
感じましたよね。

そうじゃない時よりも筋肉に負荷がかかる

タイピングミスではなく、
大事なことなので二回書いておきました。
しかも、それだけではなくて、
音を鳴らさないように置いたり歩いたりすれば、
”そうしてない人が使わない筋肉も使う”のです。
これも重要ポイント。
運動してないように見えて、
こういう些細なところで筋肉に負荷をかけて
「プチ運動」しているのです。
だから、同じように食べてるはずなのに、
消費してるエネルギー量が違うから太らない。
さらに、プチ運動だからムキムキにはならないけれど、
他の人が使わない筋肉を使うことで
自然と身体全体としての筋肉量は増えていて、
代謝も活発になっているのです。
毎日マラソンなんてしなくても、
（もちろん出来たら理想だろうけど）
こういう日々の些細な振る舞いで運動量って変わります。
鞄を置くとき、靴を置くとき、コップを置くとき、
フライパンを置くとき、部屋を歩くとき、
お皿を置くとき。
ドンガラガッシャンと
音を意識せずに鳴らしてませんか？

生活音の小ささは、運動量の多さです。

これ、意識するだけでもかなり変わるはずです。
