今回の内容はタイトルのままなんですが、
僕は愚痴で盛り上がる人はダサいなと思っています。
冗談っぽく
「腹立つわ～、ほんと原辰徳だわ～（古い）」
と言うのは別にいいと思いますが、
本気の表情で声を荒げて言うのは違うかなと。
もちろん、
「僕は愚痴なんて言ったことない
仏のような人間です！」なんて言えません。
むしろ愚痴を言ったことがあるからこそ、
その場の一瞬はスッキリ感があったとしても、
「なんて無駄なことにエネルギーを注いでしまったんだ」
と、後から虚しくなるのを知ってるので
「愚痴は言わない方がいい」と思っています。
なにより、自分がすごく冷静なときに
やたらと隣で愚痴を言われると
どんどん気分が暗くなってきます。
そうなると、
自分がなにか別のことをやるときにも
その暗い気分が影響してきて
負の連鎖がはじまっていくわけです。
たしかに、愚痴を言って共感してもらえれば
気持ち良くなれます。
でも、それだけです。
少なくとも、
「この人と一緒にいたいな」
とは思われません。
と、こんなことを言うと
きっとこんな声が飛んでくるでしょう。

じゃあ、
どうやってこの胸のモヤモヤを
晴らせばいいのさ！
＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝
これは簡単です。
日本には古来から伝わる
素敵な言葉がありますから。
ずばり、
＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝
水に流してしまおう
＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝
昨日、ORACLEという講座で
『古事記』に書いてある日本神話から
自分の武器を見つける視点を話しまして、
そこにこの「水に流す」の原点がありました。
ざっくり紹介しますと、
イザナギ（男神）とイザナミ（女神）という夫婦がいて、
２人で一緒にいろんな神様を生んだのです。
（「人」という表現は気にせずに）
そのとき、イザナミが最後に火の神を生んだとき、
自分自身が火傷してしまい、
黄泉の国へ行くことになってしまいます。
（黄泉の国＝あの世）
残されたイザナギは１人で国を創ろうとしますが、
やっぱり寂しくなり、
「どうか帰ってきてくれないか」
と黄泉の国までイザナミを迎えにいきます。
ですが、黄泉の国では
「ここにあるものを口にしたら最後、
もうここから出ることは出来ない」
という謎ルールがあります。
そしてイザナミはもう口にしていたのです。
さらに、イザナミの身体は腐ってドロドロになり
変わり果てた姿になっていたので、
「決して覗いてはいけません」と
どこかで聞いた鶴の恩返しのようにイザナギに注意しますが、
見たくてしょうがないイザナギは
つい覗いてしまい、イザナミ激おこ。
結局、イザナギは逃げ帰ることに。
そうして元の世界に帰ってきたとき、
イザナギには黄泉の国で
「穢（けが）れ」が大量についていて
汚れてしまったので、綺麗にすることにします。
どうやって綺麗に清めるのかというと、
＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝
川に潜ったり、
こすったりして洗う
＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝
ちなみに、こうやって穢れを祓うことを
「禊（みそぎ）」と言います。
日本人の「水に流そう」の原点は、
イザナギが黄泉の穢れを川で清めたことにあるのです。
これを踏まえて、
どうやって自分の中にあるモヤモヤを
スッキリさせるのか？
日常で使える具体的なやり方ですと・・・
＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝
シャワーを浴びるときに、
身体の内側を水が通っていき
頭や胸に絡みついた
黒いモヤモヤも一緒に洗い流し、
足の指先からすべて流れ出て
排水溝へと吸い込まれていく
＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝
というイメージをしながら
シャワーを浴びること。
目を閉じてしっかり全身に意識を配り、
細胞単位で汚れを洗い流すイメージをすると
さらにスッキリ感は増すと思います。
「はあ？そんな非科学的な方法かよ！」
と思われるかもしれませんが、
人間のイメージの力は侮れませんよ。
筋トレも、実際に筋肉を見て、
自分が鍛えたい部分の筋肉を意識してやると
より効果が出る。
と言われていますし、
それと同じようなものです。
