今日、Suonaでモチベーションを
テーマに話した音声を配ったんですが、
ここではまた別の視点で書いてみようと思います。

テーマは、
【モチベーションを捨てる瞬間】
つい最近、Twitterで、
こんなことをツイートしたら好評でした。
＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝
「楽しい」と思えることをやるのに
モチベーションは必要ないはず
そして、「楽しい」というのは、
「楽しい物事」があるわけじゃなくて、
それを「楽しんでる自分」がいるだけ
「楽しい」は形容詞だけど、
その奥には「楽しむ」という動詞がある
＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝
今回は、
これよりもう１段階進んだ話です。
ゲームや漫画を読んだりするのに
モチベーションが必要ないように、
「楽しい」と思えることは自然にできる。
これとは別に、もう１つ、
モチベーションを必要としないことがあります。
なにか？
＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝
「当たり前」だと思っていること
＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝
朝起きて顔を洗う、歯を磨く。
これをやるのに
モチベーションって必要ないですよね。
どうして毎日歯磨きできるんですか？
なんて聞かれても、
「いや、どうしてって聞かれても・・・」
と答えに困るはずです。
だって、
それをやるのが当たり前だから。
LINEから毎日、
いろんな相談を受けていますが、
・どうしたら掃除できますか？
・どうしたら筋トレできますか？
・どうしたら異性に話しかけられますか？
・どうしたら勉強できますか？
・どうしたら誠実になれますか？
などなど、
「どうしたら○○できますか？」
という質問がとっても多いです。
「毎日本読んで勉強してます」
と言うと、
「どうしてそんなに勉強できるんですか？」
と、よく聞かれます。
いろいろ考えて、
こうしたらいいんじゃないかな、
という僕なりの答えを伝えますが、
根も葉もないことを言ってしまえば、
「毎日歯磨きするのと同じですよ」
という所に行き着くのです。
当たり前だと思ってるから、そもそも
「モチベーション」という感覚がないんですね。
「当たり前」というのは、
言い方を変えれば「自分の枠」のことです。
専門用語を使えば、
「コンフォートゾーン」のこと。
※コンフォートゾーン
→快適に感じる領域
「勉強する」というのが、
コンフォートゾーンになっている人は、
当たり前のように勉強します。
むしろ、勉強しないことに
違和感を感じるようになります。
＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝
モチベーションが必要ないくらい、
自然にできるようになるには、
当たり前の基準を上げて
コンフォートゾーンを広げないといけないのです。
＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝
当たり前の基準を上げるには？
これはもう、ある程度、
無理をしないといけないんだと思います。
ただ、この場合の「無理」は、
建設的な無理なのかなと。
ただただ、ひたすらに、
＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝
莫大なエネルギーを使って
それが自分の中で当たり前になるまで
少しばかり無理してやり続ける。
＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝
毎日３kmしか走ってないのに、
気が付けば４２km走れるようになってる。
なんてことはないわけで、
毎日いつもよりエネルギーを使って
少しずつ距離を伸ばしていかないといけません。
「努力なんてしてません」と言う人は、
なにもやってないわけじゃなくて、
他の人からすれば「努力」になることが
「当たり前」になってるだけなのです。
だから、頑張ってるように見えないし
ゆる～りしてるように見えるんですね。
嫌味でもなんでもなく、本人は本当に
努力してるなんて思ってないのです。
＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝
当たり前の基準を上げて
コンフォートゾーンを広げる
（快適に感じる領域）
そのためには、
少しばかりの無理が必要
（エネルギーを使う）
＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝
「どうしたら○○できますか？」
の質問に言えることの大半は、
これしかないよな～と、
僕は思ってます。
