どうも、かろりぃこと小野田です。

本を読んでると、
いろんな価値観に遭遇します。

「勉強して自分を高めるべきだ！」

という考えがあったかと思えば、

「勉強していろいろ知ると
悪いことも見えてきたりしちゃうから、
それなら何も知らない方が幸せでしょ」
という考えがあったりもします。

少し前までは睡眠について学んでいたんですが、
最近は東洋の思想を勉強していて、
いろんな宗教の話が出てくる中、
「カオスだな」と感じたのが正直な感想です。

もし、１つの会場にいろんな宗教が集まって、
それぞれの考えをプレゼンして、

「さあ、あなたはどれを信仰しますか？」
なんて聞かれたら、選べる気がしません。笑

なんかもう、
そういう枠組みっていらないよなと思います。

すでにある型に入ろうとするからしんどいわけで、
そんなのは取り払ってしまえばいい。

「どの型にしようかな？」
（どの人の考えが正解かな？）
と考えるから苦しくなる
――――――――――――

そうじゃなくて、

どれが正解なのか？で捉えるんじゃなくて、

「これを信じた方が人生は楽しそうだ」

そんな、

信じたい価値観を採用していけばいい。
～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～

そしたら、
自然と自分だけの「型」ができてくる。

それは、圧倒的にユニーク。

大事なことなのでもう一度言いますが、

価値観に正しさを求めるんじゃなくて、
信じたい価値観を採用すればいい。
―――――――――――――――――

この視点でいれば、
「どれを信じればいいの？！」
と惑わされることはなくなると思います。

世界に一つだけの「型」を作っていきましょう！
