どうも、かろりぃこと小野田です。
本を読んでると、
いろんな価値観に遭遇します。
「勉強して自分を高めるべきだ！」
という考えがあったかと思えば、
「勉強していろいろ知ると
悪いことも見えてきたりしちゃうから、
それなら何も知らない方が幸せでしょ」
という考えがあったりもします。
少し前までは睡眠について学んでいたんですが、
最近は東洋の思想を勉強していて、
いろんな宗教の話が出てくる中、
「カオスだな」と感じたのが正直な感想です。
もし、１つの会場にいろんな宗教が集まって、
それぞれの考えをプレゼンして、
「さあ、あなたはどれを信仰しますか？」
なんて聞かれたら、選べる気がしません。笑
なんかもう、
そういう枠組みっていらないよなと思います。
すでにある型に入ろうとするからしんどいわけで、
そんなのは取り払ってしまえばいい。

「どの型にしようかな？」
（どの人の考えが正解かな？）
と考えるから苦しくなる
――――――――――――
そうじゃなくて、
どれが正解なのか？で捉えるんじゃなくて、
「これを信じた方が人生は楽しそうだ」
そんな、
信じたい価値観を採用していけばいい。

そしたら、
自然と自分だけの「型」ができてくる。
それは、圧倒的にユニーク。
大事なことなのでもう一度言いますが、

価値観に正しさを求めるんじゃなくて、
信じたい価値観を採用すればいい。

この視点でいれば、
「どれを信じればいいの？！」
と惑わされることはなくなると思います。
世界に一つだけの「型」を作っていきましょう！
