こんばんは、かろりぃです。

前回、
【お年玉的ななにか】ということで、
コミュニケーション力の真理について書いた
レポートをプレゼントしました。

これがすごく好評で、

いただいた感想を読んでて、
「あー、やっぱりコミュ力＝会話力みたいな
イメージがあるんだな～」
と、改めて感じました。

でも、読んでもらえれば分かりますが、
まっっっったく、そんなことないんですよ。

自分のことを「コミュ力低い」と
思ってる人でも、実は高い人ってたくさんいるんです。

たとえばレポート内にも出てきた
「他人をよく褒める人」。

その場の空気に爽やかな風を通すので、
周りに人がたくさん集まってきます

僕は元々、
子供の頃からゲームが好きだったので、
YouTubeやニコニコ動画でゲーム実況を
息抜きに見るのが好きなのですが、

そこで、再生回数が何十万回にも達する
人気実況者には共通点があることに気付きました。

それが・・・

マルチプレイやオンラインプレイをしてる時、
他プレイヤーを「上手いな！」と、よく褒める
―――――――――――――――――――――

対戦ゲームなどで自分が敵にやられたとき、
再生回数が伸びてない人は、
相手を罵倒するような汚い言葉を吐きます。

それも、冗談っぽい感じでもなく
本気のトーンで。

ですが、再生回数が郡を抜いて伸びてる人達は、
自分がやられたときでも
相手のスキル（努力）に敬意をもって褒めるのです。

勉強のために再生回数が伸びてる人と
伸びてない人を見比べて「なにが違うんだろう？」と、
よく分析したりしますが、これはほぼ間違いないです。

そっちの方が見てて清々しいですからね。

心地良い空間をつくれる人に
人は集まってきます。

それがコミュニケーション力の高さなのです。
