「ああ、お風呂入らないと！」の時間になり、
お風呂入ったらもう運動する気にならないですし。
だから、なにか始めるなら

入れておくのです

で、このときのルールは、
「少しでもいいからやること」です。
別に限界までやる必要なんてないんです。

まだ習慣にまで根付いてない頃は、

読み始めたら止まらなくなる、
