「エネルギー」って概念は、
なんとなくの感覚で理解してもらえればオッケーです。
なにか嫌なことあったり、
仕事とかで猛烈に疲れてたり、
Facebookで好きな人が遊んでる写真見て
「誰と遊んだんだろ？」とか気になってたり、
寂しくなったり、褒められたくなったり。
そういうときはエネルギー下がった状態です。
人のことまで気が回らなくて、
心が冷たくなってる感じ。
で、「人のために何かしたい！」
って感じで心が燃えてる状態は
エネルギー高い状態ですね。
なんとなくの感覚でオッケーです。
ただ、使いやすいのでエネルギーって言葉を使ってます。
Twitterで「エネルギー下がったときは
本来ならすぐに回復した方がいいのに、
それをダメとする洗脳がある」ってことを書きました。
というのも、エネルギー下がってるときって、
ロクなことしないんですよ。
「なんであんなことしたんだろ？！」とか、
「なんであんなこと言ったんだろ？！」って、
後から発狂して枕に顔埋めたくなるようなことを平気でします。苦笑
なので、これを覚えておきましょう。

まったくの別人なのだ！

イメージは、普段は「人間」という生き物に

って感じです。

自分は、理性脳（大脳新皮質）です。
ですので、操縦士の自分が眠ってしまったら、
動物脳で欲望に忠実な人間が暴走するんですね。
エヴァンゲリオンとパイロットみたいな関係です。

なんか劇場版では表現変わってるみたいですね。

身体に良くないの知ってるはずなのに。
で、エヴァ（人間）は言い訳するんです。
「今日くらいいいだろ」
「これくらい大丈夫だって」って。
そうやってどんどん悪い方向に誘導してきます。
