僕はずっと
「自分の名前にどんなイメージ持ってるのかは超大事だよ！！」
と言い続けてるそれが"自分の思い込み"に繋がるから
いろんな人の話を聞いてきた経験上、
自分のこと嫌いな人は

これ心理学が発見したことの中でも
めちゃくちゃ重要なことだと思うんですが、
”思い込みは現実を引き寄せる”んですよ。
・・・いや、少し違いますね。
実際のところ、
現実に起こってることは同じなんです。
ただ、切り取り方が違うのです。
たとえば『ワンピース』の海軍を見るとき、
構図としては「ルフィ達：正義」「海軍：悪」
という感じになってます。
ですがこれは、
”そう感じさせるようにしてる”
というだけで、普通に街で暮らす人からすれば、
街を守ってくれる海軍の方が正義のはずなんです。
実際、海軍の大半は「国を守る！」
という善なる思いで戦ってるはず。
ですが、海軍の一部の人にスポットライトを当てて、
”悪”の部分を切り取って見せてるからこそ、
視聴者には悪に見えるわけですね。
「仲間を傷付けようとする海軍と戦った」
↑こう切り取れば、ルフィは正義に見えます。
でも、これをこう変えたらどうでしょう。
「街の人たちを怖がらせる海賊と戦った」
↑視点を変えるだけで、急に海軍が正義の味方に見えちゃいますよね。
こんな風に、切り取り方を変えるだけで
善悪という概念は簡単にひっくり返ってしまうんです。
これは、僕らのセルフイメージも同じ。
セルフイメージ高い系男子でパッと思いついたのが、
『スラムダンク』の桜木花道です。
桜木の口癖は「天才ですから」という、
セルフイメージ高い系男子の代表とも言えるでしょう。
桜木はずっと自分のことを
天才だと思っていたわけですが、
じゃあ、何をしても上手くいってたのか？
と言われると、まったくそんなことありません。
ダンクしようとしてボードに頭ぶつけるわ、
間違えて敵にパスするわ、
小学生でもできる庶民シュートを
大事な場面で外すわで、色々やらかしてます。笑

その代わり、

で、そうやってセルフイメージが強化されると、
「自分が天才である理由」をどんどん見つけ出していくのです。
そうやって、
桜木は天才（自称）になっていくんですね。
幸せになるために本当に大事なのは、
現実になにが起こったかではないんです。
大事なのは、なにを重要視してるのか？
どんな切り取り方をしてるのか？

出来事を変えようとするよりも
まず優先すべきは、セルフイメージを変えること。
