どうも、小野田（かろりぃ）です。
新しいクラス、新しい学校、
そんな新しい環境になってもうすぐ２ヶ月。
会社なら、上司が気遣って話しかけてくれますし
１時間ごとに休憩があるわけじゃないので
そこまで孤独感はないと思いますが、
「学校」だとそうはいきません。
授業が終われば、みんな一斉に喋り出して
瞬く間にグループごとに円がつくられていきます。
すると、新しいクラスで友達と離れてしまってたり、
他県から学校に来たり、友達とは違う進学先に来ていたら、
４月のスタートダッシュに乗り遅れると
そのグループに入るチャンスは一気に減ります。
大学生だと、入学前の歓迎会に行ったか行ってないかでも
スタートダッシュが大きく変わってきます。
スタートダッシュというと、
マリオカートシリーズのスタートダッシュの
タイミングがいまだによく分かってないので、
いつもスタート出遅れしちゃいます。
＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝
ですが、ベストタイムを競うような
ハイレベルなレースじゃない限り、
スタートダッシュできるかどうかなんて
大した問題ではありません。
＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝
後からいくらでも取り返せます。
それは学校も同じ。
スタート出遅れしたって大丈夫。
「じゃあ、どうすれば周りにグループできてる中で
友達つくればいいの？」
これは、発想を換えればいいんです。
ところで、
”グループ”というのは、もはや１つの生命体です。
その中にいる１人１人の人格とは別の生き物。
＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝
”１人の人間”としてなら素直に受け入れ
誠実に対応するようなことでも、
”グループの一員”としてだと
真逆の対応をしたりするのです。
＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝
そういう意味で、
「”グループ”というのは１つの生命体」なのです。
ですから、「グループの中に入ろうとする」
というのはベリーハード。超難しい。
そうではなく。
＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝
誰か１人を見つけて、
まずはその人と話せるようになる。
＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝
いつもはグループで行動してる人でも、
席が決まっている授業中は１人です。
そのときを狙って、話しかける。
誰か１人でいいんです。
どのグループに入ろうかな？
と考えると難しいんですが、
誰か１人と話せるようになるくらいなら
遥かに難易度は下がります。
で、そうやって誰か１人と話せるようになって、
すれ違うときに挨拶したり
次の授業の小テストの話をしたりする内に、
自然とその人が所属するグループの人達とも
話す機会が出てきます。
そうなれば、いつの間にか
そのグループの一員になっていくのです。
さらに、そのグループのメンバーの中には
他のグループと接点のある人もいるでしょう。
すると、他のグループとも話す機会が出てきます。
そんな風に派生して話せる人は増えていくのです。
とはいえ、結果的にそうなっていくだけで、
最初からそこを考える必要はありません。
まずは、１人。
そのときの課題として、
「どう話しかければいいか分からない」
というものが出てくるかと思います。
まさか「今日は天気がいいですね」
なんて授業中に急に言われたら、
ハトが豆鉄砲食ったような顔になること間違いなしですから。笑
不自然さがなくてオススメなのは、
＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝
簡単な頼みごとをする
＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝
・小テストの範囲教えて
・字が小さくて見えないんだけど何て書いてある？
・この字って、何て読みますか？
こんな感じのことでOKです。
人間、「自分は人の役に立てている」
と実感すると嬉しいものですから、
このくらいの頼みごとされて嫌に思う人はいません。
もしこの程度で不快そうな顔したら、
そもそも友達にならない方がいいですから。
頼みごとをする、というのはオススメです。
それに人に頼みごとをすれば、
今度は相手からも頼みごとされる可能性が上がります。
それもまた、仲良くなるキッカケになるでしょう。
＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝
頼みごとは、人との繋がりをつくる
＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝
これは、仕事でも日常でも大事なこと。
