と本気で思える使命を見つけるコト自体が
いきなりは難しいので、非推奨の方法です。
2つ目は、そこそこオススメ。
これは、自分を
「やらざるを得ない状況に追い込む」こと。
好きな人に「明日会おうよ」
と言ってOKされたら、
どんなに緊張してようとデートプラン考えますよね。
