前回、
【古武術から学ぶー
小さな力で大きな力を出す方法】
というテーマで、
「骨」と「力の流れ」を意識することの
大切さを書いてみました。

最近のメインテーマは
もっぱらコミュニケーションなのですが、
(あらゆる場面に共通するスキルだと思ってるので)
「あれがコミュニケーションと何の関係があるの？」
と思われるかもしれません。
ので、
今回はもう少し
踏み込んでみようと思います^o^
前回は、バスケを例にして、
「骨」を意識して「力の流れ」を感じるようにすると、
より遠くにボールを飛ばせるようになる。
という例を出しました。
これを立ち方や歩き方で意識すると
すっごく楽になりますよー！
って話もしましたね(^^)

実は、
これ意識するだけで腰痛が治ったりします。
で、これはスピリチュアルな話ではなくて、
古武術で昔から伝わっている考え方です。
僕は、がっつり論理で考える方なので、
スピリチュアルは基本的に信じていません。
(否定してるわけではないです)
で、ここでの
力を漏らさずにスムーズに流す
～～～～～～～～～～～～～～
という感覚が、コミュニケーションでも重要になってくるのです。
この「漏らす」というのは、
歩き方の例でいうと、
身体にかかった重力がスムーズに地面に流し込めず、
ヒザに留まっているような状態のことです。
本来、地面まで流れていくはずの重力が、
ヒザから漏れちゃってるんですね。
(歩き方の歪みなどによって)
すると、
ヒザが痛くなってくるわけです。
問題が表に出てくるんですね。
コミュニケーションの場面でも、
これと同じようなコトが起こります。
コミュニケーションでは、
「信頼関係をつくる」というのが大切だと言われていますが、
そもそも、なぜ信頼関係が上手くつくれないのか？
この原因って、
細かく言ったら色々あると思いますが、
すべてに共通するのは「漏れ」です。

それは、
たった一言、一フレーズ、
一文字の違いかもしれません。
ふとした瞬間の表情、目線、
仕草かもしれません。
ちょっとした関節の向きでヒザから
漏れていくように、
自分でも意識していない、
ちょっとした所から漏れていきます。
で、
この「漏れ」の原因のほとんどって、
「力み(りきみ)」からきます。

たとえば、
思いっっっきり腕に力を入れながら
目の前のものを掴もうとしてみてください。
プルプル震えて掴みにくいですよね？笑
その状態でコップなんて掴もうものなら、
お茶がバッシャバッシャこぼれちゃいます。
これ、力むことによって、
力の流れが悪くなっているからなんですね。
(コップにスムーズに力を流せていない)
学校の武道場に、
よく「心・技・体」の３文字が書かれた
貼り紙を見かけると思いますが、
その中にある「体」は、
身体を鍛える、という意味ではなくて、
「自然体」という意味なんですね。
で、「自然体」というのは、
「脱力」によって生まれます。
脱力して力まないことが、
力の流れをスムーズにして漏れを防ぐのです。
たとえば、

テクニックを使おう！
と思っている状態は、力んでいる状態。
上手くやろう！
と思っている状態も、力んでいる状態。
がんばろう！
と思っている状態も、力んでいる状態。
リラックスしよう！
と思っている状態も、力んでいる状態。

で、
いわゆる「伝える力」を勉強すると、
変に使おうとして力みやすくなります。
(僕もたくさんそれで失敗しました)
コミュニケーション力を上げるために学んだことが、
かえって下げている、というコトになったりしてるわけです。
でも、世に出回っているのは、
ほとんどが「伝える力」を上げるもの。
（こっちの方がウケが良くて売れるから）
よくよく考えてみれば、

「伝える力」を学ぶのが悪い、
と言ってるわけではありません。
使うべきときには使った方が良いので。
ただ、大切なのは、
「力を漏らさずにスムーズに流す意識」
力まないこと、です。
これが、かなり重要。
かといって、あんまり意識しすぎると
今度は「力まないようにしよう！」
という力みが出る可能性もあるのでご注意を。笑
ゆるーく力を抜いていきましょう(^^)
自然体、自然体。
いつも通り、いつも通り。
力んで良いことなんて何もないですから。
