いやー、暑いですね。
最近、
朝のバナナ＋牛乳をミキサーにかけて作る
ジュースに、氷を３粒くらい入れてます。
これ、良い感じに冷えてオススメです。笑
さてさて
夏が近づいてきて、
「新しくなにか始めたい！」
と思ってる人も多いんじゃないかなと思います。
・読書
・筋トレ
・ダイエット
・ビジネス
・スポーツ
などなど、
なにかを始めるには
ちょうど良い時期だと思います。
なんてったって、夏だしね。
（理由になってない）
というわけで！
今回は、
そんな人に向けて書いてみようと思います。
まず、最初に言いたいのは・・・

「時間余ったらコレやろう」
は、
99.9％の確率で「やらない」
――――――――――――
時間余ったら読書しよう
→やらない
時間余ったら筋トレしよう
→Youtube見てたら１日終わってた
時間余ったらブログ書こう
→気が付いたら眠い時間
こんな現象が、
驚異的な確率で起こります。
ビックリしますよね。
だって、１日は２４時間もあるのに。
８時間がっつり寝たとしても、
残り１６時間。
食事とお風呂で合計３時間だとしても、
まだ１３時間はあるはずなんです。
なにもない休日だったら、
この１３時間まるまる残ってるわけです。
仕事で残業ありの１０時間働いたとしても、
まだ３時間はあります。
こう考えてみると、
１日って、けっこう長いですよね。
でも、
なぜか時間は余らないんです。
「あら、不思議」ですよね。
僕らって、
普通に生きてると、
なぜか時間は余りません。
気が付いたら
「ああ、もう寝なきゃ！」
の時間になっちゃいます。
ですので、
なにか新しいことを始めるときは、
―――――――――――――
「時間が余る」
という前提でいると続かない
―――――――――――――
時間なんて余らないんです。
僕も含めて、
人間をそんなに優秀だと思っちゃダメです。笑
僕自身、
「時間余ったら筋トレしよう」
と思っていたときは、まったく出来ませんでした。
気が付いたら
「ああ、お風呂入らないと！」の時間になり、
お風呂入ったらもう運動する気にならないですし。
だから、なにか始めるなら
――――――――――――――
お風呂前に筋トレする！
というように、
最初から１日のスケジュール内に
入れておくのです
――――――――――――――
で、このときのルールは、
「少しでもいいからやること」です。
別に限界までやる必要なんてないんです。
「決めたことは守る」
というのに意味があります。
人間、２週間続ければ習慣化する、
と言われてますから、やることに意味があります。
ですので、
あんまり「量」を決めるのは
オススメしません。
まだ習慣にまで根付いてない頃は、
「歯磨きながらスクワット１０回」
とかでいいんですよ。
「毎日必ず散歩する！」
というのでも、
いきなり３０分とかやらなくていいんです。
まずは１日３分でもいいから歩く。
そんなラフな感じでオッケー。
そしたら、いつの間にか
３０分とか歩くようになりますから。
いきなり３０分歩くつもりでいると、
外に出るのすら面倒になりますが、
３分だけ歩くつもりならハードル低いじゃないですか。
で、１回外に出てやり始めちゃえば、
案外スイスイできるもの。
本を読むときに、
読み始めるまでは手が進まなくても、
読み始めたら止まらなくなる、
って現象になるのと同じです。
とくに運動は大事ですよー！
僕はよく
「体温下がるとマイナス思考になるから、
なるべく体温上げましょう！」
と言っていますが、
これは「血流を良くしよう！」
という意味でもあります。
ですので、
夏で暑くて体温が高くても、
筋肉が弱まって血流も弱くなっていれば、
それもマイナス思考を呼び寄せます。
まずは、
「歯磨きながらスクワット１０回」
もしくは、
「歯磨いてる間は腰を落として、
足に負荷がかかるようにする」
こんな感じでもいいので、
これ毎日やるだけで
ずいぶん気分は変わりますよーっ。
なんか最終的に「運動しよう！」
の話になっちゃいましたね。笑
今回伝えたかったのは、
ようするにコレです！

Eruptive variables are stars that experience sudden increases in luminosity because of flares or mass ejection events.
These range from 0 (hypergiants) through III
(giants) to V (main-sequence dwarfs); some authors add VII
(white dwarfs). The faintest red dwarfs in the cluster are absolute magnitude 15, while a 17th absolute magnitude
white dwarf has been discovered. Theoretically, the least
luminous stars are at the lower limit of mass at which stars are capable
of supporting nuclear fusion of hydrogen in the core;
stars just above this limit have been located in the NGC 6397 cluster.
By the time silicon fuses into iron, the star runs out
of fuel in a matter of days. These processes produce energy that keeps the core from collapsing, but
each new fuel buys it less and less time. Fusion converts carbon into heavier elements like oxygen, neon, and magnesium,
which will become future fuel for the core.
Eventually, all the star’s outer layers blow away, creating an expanding
cloud of dust and gas called a planetary nebula. However, the
details of the late stages of the star’s death depend strongly on its mass.
The energy produced by fusion creates pressure inside the star that
balances gravity’s tendency to pull matter together,
so the core starts to collapse.
However, once silicon in the star fuses into iron, it will abruptly run out of fuel within merely a few days.
The white dwarf that remains will begin to cool over the course of billions of
years. These newfound-giant stars often grow to be unstable, sometimes puffing up
and expelling parts of their mass. However, the pressure from the collapse generates additional
energy, causing the star to swell up temporarily.
Small stars can sometimes burn for trillions of years,
longer than the current lifespan of our universe. At the beginning
of a star’s life, its energy is driven by the heat produced during its initial
collapse.
Furthermore, high-resolution, very-long-baseline interferometry observations have disclosed expanding knots
of natural maser (coherent microwave) emission of water vapour near the star-forming regions in Orion,
thus linking the strong winds to the protostars themselves.
Accordingly, the most luminous stars are thought to lose
substantial fractions of their mass during their lifetimes, which are
calculated to be only a few million years. The corresponding
mass-loss rates approach and sometimes exceed one
hundred-thousandth of a solar mass per year,
which means that one entire solar mass (perhaps a tenth of the total
mass of the star) is carried away into space in a relatively short span of 100,
000 years. Observations of their ultraviolet spectra with telescopes on sounding rockets and spacecraft have
shown that their wind speeds often reach 3,000 km (roughly 2,000 miles) per second,
while losing mass at rates up to a billion times that of the solar wind.
The highly luminous hot, blue stars have by far the strongest stellar winds.
Some stars exhibit starspots so large that an entire face of the
star is relatively dark, while others display flare activity thousands of times more intense than that on the Sun.
