いつも投稿を参考にさせていただいています。
自分は、自分に自信がない気がします。
それは自分を過小評価してしまい
あまり褒めないからだと思います。
例えば野球部に所属しているのですが、
試合でヒットを打っても上には上がいるし、
これは大したことがないと思ってしまいます。
自分に自信をつけて
周りを気にしないようにするには
どうしたらいいのでしょうか？

まず、「上には上がいる」という感覚は、
これ自体はすごく大切なことです。
謙虚さを持ち、向上心を忘れないためにも
この感覚を持っておくのは大切。
ただ、そのうえでどう自信をつけるのか？
僕が提唱している

これが「考え方」です。
僕自身、ニキビに悩んでいた頃は
周りの目が気になってしょうがなかったです。
で、「周りの目が気になる」というのは、
自分が評価されてるように感じてしまうから。
なぜ評価されてるように感じるのか？
これは、学校のシステム上、
成績というカタチで評価されてきたから、
というのもあるのですが、
もう１つ理由があります。

自分自身が、周りの人を評価してるから

「あの人のこういう所は良い。
でも、こういう所はダメ。」
そんな風に評価するクセがついていると、
自分自身も同じように評価されてるように
過度に感じてしまい、周りの目が気になるのです。
今回はザックリ全体図だけ話すので
深掘りはしませんが、
１つだけ忘れちゃいけないことは・・・

周りの人は敵ではない

僕自身、自覚はしていませんでしたが、
今思い返せば、周りを敵だと思っていました。
だからこそ、
周りを評価してしまっていたんですね。
次に、【身体】
・身体を冷やさないこと
・腸内環境を整えること
とにかくこれを意識！
「冷えは万病の元」
東洋医学ではこう言われていますし、
なにより身体が冷えると気分が暗くなります。
だから冬は、
夏よりも寂しくなったりするんですね。
筋トレして筋肉をつけたり、
冷たい飲み物はなるべく避けたり
食事に七味唐辛子を軽く入れたりするのがオススメ。
