どうも、かろりぃです。
最近、「宇宙兄弟」にハマってます。
オススメされて見始めたんですが、
かなり面白いですね。
普段あまり触れることのない
宇宙についても学べますし。
この作品のストーリーをざっくりいうと、
宇宙に憧れた兄弟（南波六太・南波日々人）が、
一緒に宇宙へ行くことを目指していく物語です。
で、この「宇宙兄弟」のセリフの中で、
聞いた瞬間、すぐメモ帳にメモしたセリフがあります。
今回は、それについて話そうと思います。
そのセリフは、兄である六太（むった）が
宇宙飛行士になるための訓練中に言ったものです。

【訓練内容】
小さなロケットで打ち上げ、
パラシュートで落下させてから
自動で目的地に走るような
「完全自動二輪車」を作る。
（なるべく目的地に近付くことを目指す）

自動二輪車っていうとオートバイみたいな
イメージを抱くと思いますが、
車輪は縦じゃなくて横についてます。
マーブルチョコの入れ物の
両サイドにタイヤが付いている感じです。
あんなに細長くないですが。苦笑
で、
支給された予算内で
ロボット（自動二輪車）を作っていくわけですが、
そのシーンでメンバー達とこんなやり取りが行われます。

男
「よし、良い感じだな！」
女
「うん！なんとか完成しそうだね♪」
六太
「いや・・・これじゃダメだ。
もっと材料費を抑えないと。」
男
「なんでだよ？
このままでも予算内で収まるぞ。」
六太
「これじゃあ、失敗できねえ。
壊れたらお終いだ。
失敗することを前提としてやらないとダメだ。」
男＆女
「・・・・・・」
六太
「モノ作りには、失敗することにかける
金と労力が必要なんだよ。
良い素材を使ってるモノが良いモノとは
限らねえんだ。
だけど・・・
失敗を知って乗り越えたモノなら、
それは良いモノだ。」

この最後の言葉、
モノ作りに限らず、
【全てに通ずる原理原則】なのです。
料理でいえば、
たとえ最高級の食材を使ったとしても、
その料理が美味しいとは限りませんよね？
素人がテキトーに作ったら、
とんでもなく不味いものになるかもしれません。
だけど、
失敗と試行錯誤を繰り返すことで
生まれた料理は、きっと美味しいです。
失敗することによって、
「あら、塩が多かったかな？」
「醤油入れすぎちゃった」
などの改善点が見つかり、
それを試行錯誤して調整していくことによって、
最高のレシピが誕生するわけですから。
同じように、
どんなに外見を磨いていようが、
その人が”真に魅力的”だとは限らないわけです。
だけど、
・好きな人にフラれる
・余計なひと言で友達を傷付けてしまう
・上司や先輩に怒られる
・仕事で大失敗してクビになる
・商品売ってみたけど売れない
・人が集まらない
こんな失敗で苦渋を味わい、
「何がいけなかったのか？」
と真剣に考え乗り越えた人は、
絶対に魅力的です。
「絶対」という言葉は
あまり好きじゃないんですが、
ここでは自信を持って使わせてもらいます。
ですが、
もちろん失敗するのは辛いことです。
信頼関係を築き上げるのは大変だし、
時間がかかります。
にも関わらず、崩れるのは一瞬。
積み木を崩すのに必要なのは指一本なわけです。
「今までやってきた事は何だったんだ！？」
と絶望してしまうかもしれません。
でも、
１つだけ言えることがあります。
次は、前よりもっともっと 上手く積めるようになってる
なぜなら、
「もっとこうすれば良かったな。」
という事に気付けてるからです。
ですが、
たとえ不器用でも、上手くいかなくても、笑われても、
積み上げた経験のない人はそれに気付けないわけです。
この時点で、１歩どころか１００歩くらいリード。
何が言いたいのかというと、
◆失敗を恐れないでください
◆失敗したからってクヨクヨしないでください
誰だって人を傷付けてしまうことはあります。
好きな子にフラれる事だってあります。
先輩や上司に怒られる事もあります。
友人との間に取り返しのつかない
溝を作ったこともあるかもしれません。
ですが、こう考えてみたらどうでしょう？
・人の傷付け方を知った
・フラれ方を知った
・先輩や上司から怒られる方法を知った
・友人との間に大きな溝を作る方法を知った
こう考えた際の選択肢は、
「これらをやらない」の一択です。
失敗したことで限界（ライン）を知ったわけですから、
そのラインを超えないように気を付けるだけ。
すっごいシンプル。

この繰り返しが、
人付き合いのバランス感覚を鍛えていくのです。
失敗するのをイレギュラーな事だとは思わず、
「前提」にしておきましょう。
リスクを背負っている人は魅力的です。
