どうも、ハンターハンターが連載再開するということで
歓喜している小野田（かろりぃ）です。
普段はジャンプ読まないんですが、
ハンターハンターのために読むことになりそうです。笑
さて、ハンターハンターといえば
あらゆる名シーンがあります。
天空闘技場編から念能力という存在が出てきて、
グリードアイランド編から念能力の
いろんな使い方が出てきてどんどん面白くなっていきました。
グリードアイランド編もめちゃくちゃ面白いんですが、
その次のキメラアント編はそれをさらに越える面白さ。
＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝
その中でも、ネットでも話題になり、
僕の中でも印象に残っているのが、
主人公のゴンが突然大人になるシーンです。

ゴンはまだ子供だったんですが、
一気に大人になります。
どこかの蝶ネクタイの名探偵とは逆で、
身体は大人、頭脳は子供の状態になりました。
しかも、ただ身体が大きくなるだけではなく、
念能力も強化され、一気にエネルギーが上がっています。
急に大人になった原理は置いといて、
まずはここを考えてみましょう。
なぜゴンは大人化したのか？
→ネフェルピトーを殺すため
（敵のキメラアント）
このネフェルピトーは、
ゴンの尊敬するハンターである「カイト」を殺しているのです。
しかも、その後カイトは、
ネフェルピトーの念能力によって操り人形となり、
キメラアント達の戦いの練習台にされていたのです。
それを知ったゴン、ブチ切れ。
さらに、カイトがそうなってしまった理由には、
「ゴン達を守ろうとしたから」というのがあります。
カイト一人ならそうなる前に逃げられたかもしれないけど、
ゴン達が一緒にいたから、守るために戦ったのです。
結果、ネフェルピトーの圧倒的な力に負けてしまった。
ゴンは、そんなネフェルピトーに復讐しようと
キメラアント達の拠点に乗り込むわけですが、
自分より遥か格上のハンターであるカイトも負けた相手です。
当然、今の実力では勝てません。
そしてネフェルピトーを見つけたとき、
ちょっとここは長くなるので割愛しますが、
とあるキッカケでまたゴンはブチ切れます。
激おこです。
そこでゴンは、「クリリンのことかーー！！」
と言わんばかりに怒りと哀しみを爆発させ、
スーパーゴンに変貌するのです。
それが、大人ゴン。
＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝
このとき、ゴンがあり得ない早さで急激に成長し、
何十年もの修行に耐えてようやく辿り着くはず姿へと
一気に変貌できたのは、”放棄”したからです。
＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝
ゴンは、「もうこれで終わってもいい」
と言ったんです。
「（ネフェルピトーを倒せるなら）
もう念能力を使えなくなってもいい」
「これで死んでもいい」
そうやって、自分を制限していたものを
削ぎ落としたんです。
普通のハンターなら、命に関わるものなので、
ここまで削ぎ落とすことはできません。
でも、ゴンは大切な人を自分のせいで失った哀しみと、
その仇であるネフェルピトーへの怒りによって
それらを削ぎ落としました。
これにより、ゴンのエネルギーが飛躍したのです。
（その結果、急激に大人になった）
このシーン、めちゃくちゃ重要な学びがあります。
＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝
人の魅力（エネルギー）は、
余計なものを削ぎ落とすことで飛躍する。
＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝
「死にたくない」という思いは、
ある意味、”究極に余計なもの”です。
この思いが無ければ、
できることは一気に増えるはずですからね。
でも、普通はこれを捨てるなんてできません。
「死んでもいい」と
本気で思える人なんていないはず。
だけど、ゴンは本気でそう思った。
本気で「もう終わってもいい」とコミットした。
つまり、究極に余計なものを削ぎ落としたのです。
だからこそ、
あれだけの変貌が可能になったんですね。
じゃあ、他に「余計なもの」には
どんなものがあるのか？
ということなんですが、たとえば身近なものなら、
過去への執着・見栄・プライドなどがあります。
こういう余計なものがあることによって、
僕らに「悩み」が生まれるわけです。
で。
こういう余計なものを削ぎ落とすことによって、
悩みは、悩みではなくなります。
ここ大事ですよ。
今の悩みというのは、
今のステージにおける悩みです。
ステージが変われば、今の悩みは
悩みではなくなります。
ですので、
＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝
今の悩みが悩みじゃなくなったとき、
（どうでもいいことだと気付いたとき）
その人の魅力は１つ上のステージに上がる。

僕自身、昔は気にしていたのに、
今は気にならなくなった事が
すぐに思いつく限りでもいくつかあります。
（昔は悩んでたことに悩まなくなった）
その中には、明らかに自分の振る舞いに
影響を与えてると分かるものもあります。
なので、成長を止めるつもりはありませんが、
昔より成長できてることは実感できてます。
ゴンが身をもって教えてくれた重要な学び。

人は、余計なものを削ぎ落としたとき、
魅力（エネルギー）が跳ね上がる。
＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝
「弱さを見せれる人は魅力的」
なんてことが言われますが、
これも「弱さを見せたくない」という余計なものを
削ぎ落としているからなのです。
