“あでやか”とも読めます
さて、この文脈の場合は、
どちらで読むのが相応しいと思いますか？

と、その前に！
まず最初に伝えておきたいことがあります。
意見を出してくださった方には話したんですが、
この問題にはコレ！といった答えはありません。
「間違えたら恥ずかしいな。。」
という思いから答えを送れなかった人や
送るのに不安を感じてた人もいると思いますが、
答えは僕にも分かりません。
どこにも正解は書いてないので、
あくまでも「想像」になります。
なので、”あなたなり”に
想像を膨らませて答えを考えてみてください！
という「答えのない問題」でした。
「艶やか」の読みは・・・
それを知ってもらった上で、
どちらの意見が多かったのが発表すると・・・

理由としては、
「あでやか」には、
華やか、色とりどり、上品、
そんなイメージがあり、そのイメージが花火のイメージと近いので
「あでやか」だと思います。
「あでやか」を選んだ人は、
こういう理由で選んでました。
ちなみに、
僕も「あでやか」派です。
理由は、
「つややか」と「あでやか」は
どちらも女性の美しさを表現するのに
よく使われる言葉なんですが、
「あでやか」の方がより色気を強く表します。
※あでやか→華やか＋女性の色気
なので、より女性色が強いのは
「あでやか」だと思います。
で、「海のように包み込む」という表現は、
女性の優しさを連想させる言葉なので、
そことの繋がりを考えると
「あでやか」が自分の中でしっくりきます。
ただ、「つややか」派の人もいて、
なるほどな～と良い刺激を受けた意見があったので
シェアしたいなと思います。

日本酒のラベルにあるという所で、
私の日本酒のイメージは富士山とか
大きなものの絵が書かれているものが多くあります。これを「つややかな煌めき」と読むならば、
この花火には迫力よりも、
色っぽさのように感じます。そこまで大きくないけれど、
いくつかと一緒に上がっている花火。「あでやかな煌めき」
とした場合では、花火は１つ。迫力と赤色、黄色や紺、こういった色が
私ははっきり浮かび上がります。これを考えた上で、
「つややかな煌めき」と思います。酔いたい時に飲むような少し度数の高い
日本酒ですが、喉にも心にも
迫力のある日本酒ではなく、
とても優しい味でいつの間にか
酔っ払いになってしまうようなお酒。あまり日本酒は分かりませんが、
考えてみました。
「花火」という言葉１つにしても、
思い浮かべるイメージは人によって違います。
これがコミュニケーションの面白いところですが、
難しいところでもあるんですね。
この方は、
つややか
→控えめだけど夜空に複数上がる花火
あでやか
→歓声が上がるような大きな大きな花火
そんなイメージを膨らませて、
「優しいお酒」との繋がりから
「つややか」を選んだわけですね。
この感覚は僕にはなかったので、
すごく刺激になりました。
実際、この日本酒を飲んだ感じは、

あまり癖が強くなく、
水のようにサラサラ飲めて
まさに

という感じでした。
そういう意味では
「つややか」も当てはまります。
もしかしたら、
あの文章を考えた人は
どっちとも取れるようにしたのかもしれません。
真相は分かりませんが、
