お盆休みも終わり、
モチベーションが上がらなかったりしてませんか？
ここ１週間くらいで
たくさんの相談が舞い込んできたので、
「そういう時期なのかな～」と勝手に思ってました。
YoutubeにUPしている動画や
TwitterやLINE＠とかでは、
「人は、体温が下がると
マイナスな気持ちになりやすい」
ということを言ってきました。
（これは東洋医学の基本的な考え方です）
ですので、夏は比較的、
エネルギッシュにいられる時期なんですが、
もちろん、これだけが全てではありません。
・体温は高いかもしれないけど、
１日の中で体温の変動が大きい
・「生きている食べ物」を食べてない
（加工食品、スナック菓子ばかり等）
・運動不足
・部屋が汚い、整頓されてない
・過剰なストレス
などなど、
気分が下向きになる原因は、
挙げだしたらいっぱいあります。
そうなってくると、
頭は回らないし、ヤル気も出ない。
なんとか行動したとしても、
負の心理状態が反映されちゃって上手くいかない。
それでまた嫌になる・・・。
という、
負のスパイラルにハマっちゃいます。

心理状態は、
思考・行動にめちゃくちゃ影響を与えます。

自分が思ってる以上に、
僕らは心理状態の影響を受けているんですね。
これは、どんな場面でも共通。

・日常生活
あらゆる場面で影響しています。
テクニックとか方法論の前に、

本来の力が出せないのです。

一時的な「痛み止め」みたいなもん。

（甘酒やヨーグルトがオススメ）
・部屋を掃除する

などをして、
根本から自分改革していく、
というのが大切なのです。
あとは「感動体験」も重要。
僕はアニメを見たり
漫画を読んだりするのが好きなんですが、
「感動した」という感覚を毎日のように噛み締めています。
（身体全体がゾワッとするあの感じ）
僕の中では日常だったので
なんとも思ってなかったんですが、
どうやら普通ではないらしいので、
これが意外と重要なんじゃないか、
と、最近思いはじめました。笑
たまにゲームのＰＶを見たりするのも
意外と「感動体験」になってたりします。
（それだけで満足しちゃいますが。笑）
映画が好きな人は、
時間が許すなら１日１本映画を観る、
とかでも良いと思いますよー！
