この主張の意味を今から話していくわけですが、
まず最初に聞きたいコトがあります。
「命令」という単語を聞いて、どんなイメージが浮かびますか？
なんとなく、
上から目線で偉そうにされるイメージじゃないですか？
こっちの考えを無視して、自分の考えを押し付けてくるような。
恐らく、
多くの人はそんなイメージのはずです。
もっと分かりやすくいえば、
“ビルの屋上からメガホンで指示してくる”ようなイメージ。
「命令」という単語に対しては、
大体こんな印象だと思います。
で、ここから大事な部分です。
人は、

偉そうに自分の考えを押し付けてくる人に
付いていきたいと思わない。

特に、今のソーシャルメディア時代の特徴として、
「人と人との関係が緩くなっている」傾向があります。
ですので、
尚更、偉そうにしてる人は敬遠されてしまいます。

上下関係が厳しかった昔は
ある程度通じたかもしれませんが、
人と人との関係が緩くなっている今では、
むしろ逆効果です。
誰も付いてきてくれなくなります。

・困ってる事があるけど、なかなか相談にいけない

言いたいコトがあるけど言い出せない状態を
作っているのはリーダーです。
言い出せない人が悪いんじゃなくて、
周りを寄せ付けないような雰囲気を出しているリーダーの責任。
そして、
「リーダーである以上、命令しなきゃいけないんだ！」
という意識でいる限り、この状態から抜け出せません。
いつまで経っても信頼を得れないわけです。
では、これからの時代で必要な意識は何か？

つまり、
付いてこさせるのではなくて、
一緒に向かっていくのです。
自分の考えだけで突き進むんじゃなくて、
仲間の声も取り入れながら共に進んでいく。
その上で、少しだけ前に立って背中を見せる。
距離が近すぎて舐められるのもダメですけど、
離れすぎて周りを寄せ付けなくしてもダメなわけです。

なにか形あるモノとしては返ってこないかもしれないけど、
なによりも大事なモノとして返ってきます。
それが「信頼」というわけです。
いろんな人から慕われている人は、
例外なくコレが出来ています。
それが”当たり前”になっているのです。
ですが、最初は意識してやってもいいんです。
僕らが自転車を無意識に乗れるようになったのと同じで、
最初は意識していても、いつしか無意識に変わっていくので。
