２３時とか２４時とかの結構遅い時間に届くので、
（お店の営業終わってからも練習してるそうです）

具体的にやることだけまとめて伝えることにします。
これから半年間、身体壊しちゃったら
元も子もないですからね。
目標達成には、身体のケアも絶対に大事なので。
