脳にとっては、
周りから聞こえてくる

自分が言った今日の出来事への不満も、
友達が言った恋人へのイライラも、
すべて同じなんです。
「誰が」「誰に向けて」言ったかなんて関係ないんです。
耳から入ってきた情報は、鼓膜を震わせ、
脳に電気信号として送られるわけですが、
そこに「主語」という概念はありません。
・イライラ
・悪口
・不満
これらの言葉に対する
「マイナスのイメージ」しか認識しないわけです。
つまり、

自分が言ったマイナスイメージも、
友達が言ったマイナスイメージも、
すべて、
「自分に向けて言われているのと同じ」

自分が言ったマイナスな言葉は自分にも悪影響を与えるのです。
だから、
悪口や愚痴なんて言わない方が良いんですね。
言えば言うほど自分を苦しめていくので。
発散するどころか、溜まりますから。
もう少し言い方を変えると、
自分の「セルフイメージ」が下がります。
セルフイメージというのは、
自分で自分のことをどう思っているか？
というイメージのこと。
このセルフイメージが下がっていると、
自信をもてなくなって性格も歪んできます。
周りを否定ばかりするようになるんですね。
なので、
雰囲気の悪い場にいるだけで、
なぜか自分まで悪口を言いたくなってしまうのです。

この「場」というのは、
実はリアル世界だけではないんです。

「この廊下の角を曲がったらゾンビが襲ってくる」
というのが分かっていたら、そんなに怖くないですよね？
少なくとも、
無防備でテクテク歩いていった時よりは怖くないはず。
そこに意識を向けていれば、
影響を受けづらくなるんですね。
こうしてバリアを張っていれば、
セルフイメージは下げられにくくなります。
セルフイメージを下げない方法は他にも沢山ありますが、
いきなり沢山話しても混乱するだけだと思いますので、
まずは今日の内容を意識してみてください。
