【SNSの本当の恐ろしさ】
先日、Twitterでこんなことを呟きました。

実はかなり情報を削っていて、
結果の部分だけを抜き出してツイートしました。
なんせ、Twitterは140文字しか書けませんからね。苦笑
その点、
LINEマガジンは500文字まで書けるので、
Twitterより一歩踏み込んだ発信ができてマイブーム。笑
で、スコップで周りをガリガリと削って
スリムにしたツイートですが、
今回、これについてもっと深い部分を書いてみようかなと。
「なぜ愚痴や悪口が飛び交う場にいると、
そこにいるだけで自分まで汚れるのか？」
先に答えを言ってしまうと、

脳は主語を理解できないから

これはどういうコトか？
脳にとっては、
周りから聞こえてくる
サラリーマンの会社に対する愚痴も、
女子高生のその場にいない友達への陰口も、
大学生の単位くれなかった教授に対する罵倒も、
自分が言った今日の出来事への不満も、
友達が言った恋人へのイライラも、
すべて同じなんです。
「誰が」「誰に向けて」言ったかなんて関係ないんです。
耳から入ってきた情報は、鼓膜を震わせ、
脳に電気信号として送られるわけですが、
そこに「主語」という概念はありません。
・イライラ
・悪口
・不満
これらの言葉に対する
「マイナスのイメージ」しか認識しないわけです。
つまり、

自分が言ったマイナスイメージも、
友達が言ったマイナスイメージも、
すべて、
「自分に向けて言われているのと同じ」

雰囲気の悪い場にいるだけで自分が汚れていくし、
自分が言ったマイナスな言葉は自分にも悪影響を与えるのです。
だから、
悪口や愚痴なんて言わない方が良いんですね。
言えば言うほど自分を苦しめていくので。
発散するどころか、溜まりますから。
もう少し言い方を変えると、
自分の「セルフイメージ」が下がります。
セルフイメージというのは、
自分で自分のことをどう思っているか？
というイメージのこと。
このセルフイメージが下がっていると、
自信をもてなくなって性格も歪んできます。
周りを否定ばかりするようになるんですね。
なので、
雰囲気の悪い場にいるだけで、
なぜか自分まで悪口を言いたくなってしまうのです。
これは、セルフイメージが下がるから。
で、ここで重要ポイント。
この「場」というのは、
実はリアル世界だけではないんです。
Twitter、Facebook、LINE、
いろんなSNSを使ってる人が多いと思いますが、
そこを見渡せば、どこかしらで愚痴や悪口が投稿されていると思います。
交友関係が広ければ広いほど、
その確率は高いです。
さて、
普段から僕のメルマガを読んでいる
リテラシーの高いあなたならもう気付いていると思いますが。
リアル世界だけでなく、

なんとなーくSNSを見て回っていて、
ふとマイナスイメージの投稿が目に入ってきたら、
もうそれだけでセルフイメージ下がります。
自分では気付かない内に、

ですので今回は、
「バリアを張る方法」を教えます。
これを知っておくだけで、
かなり影響は受けづらくなります。
僕も実際にやっている方法です。
その方法は、すごくシンプル。

自覚するだけで、
外からの影響をかなり防げます。
「あ、いま自分悪い影響を受けそうになってるな」
意識的にこう思うようにするだけ。
たとえば、
ホラーゲームをするにしても、
「この廊下の角を曲がったらゾンビが襲ってくる」
というのが分かっていたら、そんなに怖くないですよね？
少なくとも、
無防備でテクテク歩いていった時よりは怖くないはず。
そこに意識を向けていれば、
影響を受けづらくなるんですね。
こうしてバリアを張っていれば、
セルフイメージは下げられにくくなります。
セルフイメージを下げない方法は他にも沢山ありますが、
いきなり沢山話しても混乱するだけだと思いますので、
まずは今日の内容を意識してみてください。
時代の転換期にある今、
負のオーラがいたるところに発生しています。
きちんとバリアを張って、
その影響を受けないようにしていきましょう！
