まずは自分の強みを知る必要があります。

インプットに時間がかかるんですね。
これは「弱み」です。
人より勉強に時間がかかるわけですから。
記憶力もそんなに良くありません。
何度も何度も反復しないと覚えられません。
だけど、その分、
インプットに時間がかかる分、
脳内で熟成されます。
だから、すぐに例え話も思いつくし、
誰よりも分かりやすい伝え方ができます。
こんな風に、
弱みがあれば強みもあるのです。

人間は、
バランスをとろうとする生き物なんですから。
体温が上がれば、
汗をかいて体温を下げ、バランスをとろうとします。
それに、
重心のバランスをとれているからこそ立てるのです。

「できないこと」が沢山あるなら、
それと同じように「できること」も沢山あります。
でも、
どうして立てているのか気付けないように、
どんな「できること」でバランスがとれているのか気付いていません。
だから、
「自分には強みがない」と
勝手に思い込んでしまうんですね。
