いつだったか忘れましたが、
以前、「情報発信ビジネスというのは、
自分がリーダーとなって行う教育ビジネスである」

「教育」というのは、
教えるだけではなく、「育てる」という
視点も必要なんだと話したかと思います。
ただ、人を育てるっていうのは
すごく難しいことです。
その代わり、
奇跡を起こすくらいの可能性を秘めているし、
世界を大きく変えるのは「教育」だと思っています。
「教育」こそが世界を平和にする最良の術なんじゃないかと思い、
僕も常々、教育について考え込んだりすることがあります。
そして、情報発信ビジネスをやるなら、
常に考え続けるべきことなのです。
だって、
自分の発信を受け取ってくれた人が
変わってくれなかったらやる意味ないですからね。
少なくとも、
僕がこうして発信を続けられている理由は、
自分の発信で変わってくれた人がいるからです。
僕の影響で本を読み始めたり、
今まで考えもしなかったコトを真剣に考え始めたり、
自分の甘さに気付いたり、勉強の大切さを知ったり。
そうやって衝撃を受けて、
日常の行動が変わっていく・・・。
そして、人生が良い意味で狂い始める。
これが情報発信する醍醐味であり、
意義なんだと思います。
だから、僕らは、
人に強い影響を与える存在でいる必要があるのです。
ですが、
その影響力を弱めてしまう、
よくやりがちな失敗があります。

学校でいえば、
「生徒」に当たります。

真剣に聴く生徒なんていないだろうし、
注意しても反省しようとしないでしょう。

本当に相手のためになってると思いますか？
「人を育てる」という事だと思いますか？
僕には、そうは思えません。
「チヤホヤされたい」という自分の欲を
満たす方に意識が向いていて、
教育者としての仕事を放棄しているように見えます。
それどころか、
相手をどんどんダメにしていく印象すらあります。
相手のためを思って真剣な話をしても、
その言葉から重みがなくなって、
流すようにしか聴いてくれないわけですからね。
何が言いたいかっていうと、
人を導くリーダーは、

友達になってはダメ

読者と友達になっちゃダメってことです。
ただし、共に歩む仲間である必要はあります。

この近すぎず遠すぎずな距離感は、
かなり大事ですよ。
もちろん、
ただ和気あいあいと戯れたくて、
相手を堕落させながら自分の「チヤホヤされたい」欲求を
満たしたいだけならいいですよ。
積極的に友達になりにいけばいいと思います。
その方が返信もたくさん来るはずですしね。
