哲学などから得られる知見を基に、
「７つの習慣」として実践しやすい形にして
勇気と自信を溢れさせるための方法を
紹介していこうとする試みです。
１つの記事にて１つの習慣を
紹介していきますので、
「今日はコレを意識してみよう！」
という感じで実践してもらえたらなと思います。
それでは、まずは第１の習慣から。
あ、ちなみに、１～７まで番号ついてますが、
特に番号に意味はありません。苦笑
このシリーズの内容を考えるときに
思い付いた順で紹介してるだけなので、
「１の方がより重要」みたいな意味はないです。
とはいえ、思い付いた順なので
意味がないと言ったら嘘になるかも。
この第１の習慣は、
「まずコレでしょ」とすぐ思い付いたものなので、
無意識的に最重要だと思ってるのかもしれません。
さて、少し脱線してしまいましたが、
第１の習慣はコレです。

背筋を伸ばそう

すごくシンプルですよね。
ですが、「なんだそんなことか」
と侮ってはいけません。
ハーバード大学での実験で
