僕は、健康について勉強していて、
つい先日、Twitterで
「カップラーメン食べるくらいなら
なにも食べない方がマシ」
とツイートしました。
水は摂らないといけませんが、
１日くらい食べなくても大丈夫なので、
カップラーメンでとりあえずお腹を満たすのはやめよう。
